Pearl Farm is connecting rural small holder farmers to local investors for increased crop production. Rural farmers have limited access to financing and knowledge of farming practices which leads to low crop production. Pearl Farm in addition provides the farmers with training on agricultural production to ensure effective agricultural practices. On the other hand, investors participate remotely in agriculture while growing their incomes.
